What I collect

When you use the quote form or submit a review, I collect your name, phone number, email address, the job details you tell me about, and any photos you choose to attach. I only collect what's needed to reply, quote and carry out the work.

How I use it

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, and do the work you've asked for. I don't send marketing emails and I won't pester you.

Sharing your information

I never sell your information. I only share details when it's needed to do the job — for example, with a licensed tradie I've referred you to, or a supplier for a specific part. They get only what's needed and nothing more.

Reviews shown publicly

Reviews you submit through this site may be shown publicly on the website, along with your first name. No other personal details are published with a review.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details I hold about you at any time. Just send me an email and I'll sort it out promptly.
